Mike opens with an introduction to tonight’s guest, Jerry Bumpskey from The Bumpskey Show. Tonight’s guest will be able to answer what it’s like to be a pioneer in an industry that got huge but somehow no one knows who he is.
Jerry talks about how he started up and his background story in starting a radio station. Jerry explains how he met the first person on the internet, Rick Siegel. He was the guy Microsoft would send all the software to.
Jerry and Mike discuss their kids not listening to their own shows. Conversation then leads to Jerry explaining the type of artists he plays and what he gets out of his show.
Jerry taught himself animation and is starting a new website. Jerry tells Mike and Torya a funny story about a band he was recording in 2000.
