Show overview
The New Voting Project launched in 2021 and has put out 65 episodes in the time since. That works out to roughly 35 hours of audio in total. Releases follow a several-times-a-week cadence.
Episodes typically run twenty to thirty-five minutes — most land between 27 min and 40 min — though episode length varies meaningfully from one episode to the next. None of the episodes are flagged explicit by the publisher. It is catalogued as a EN-language News show.
The catalogue appears to be on hiatus or wound down — the most recent episode landed 4 years ago, with no new episodes in over a year. The busiest year was 2021, with 51 episodes published. Published by Kunal Khaware.
From the publisher
We as a country and people have become extremely polarized but not beyond repair. The constitutional right to vote in the U.S. is under attack -- from enemies both foreign and domestic. The efforts to restrict voting rights are being introduced stealthily by waves of bills moving through state legislatures and becoming law, limiting the scope of our civil rights. I intend to understand, inform, and spread awareness about such issues learning from the experience and knowledge of experts in their respective fields.
