Your morning New Jersey weather update
A Coastal Flood Statement is in effect for vulnerable areas along the Jersey Shore, with up to half a foot of water expected above ground level near waterfront and shoreline communities. This morning's rain and northeast winds are creating conditions for minor coastal flooding. We're starting the day at 48 degrees with rain already falling statewide.
