Show Notes

Jamin Andreas Hubner, professor and researcher of economics , breaks down what capitalism is and how it isn’t compatible with a Biblical ethic. Jamin and Tim define some of the economic terms used in Evangelical spaces and what they really mean. They also explain how capitalism creates a coercion of labor due to the inequities in an economic system based on the employee and employer model. Jamin, then, describes an old buy forgotten model of the cooperative model in business and how it better meets the Biblical ethic of loving your neighbor.
