Movies are great, we wouldn't have a podcast without them. But where has that burning desire to watch movies in a large dark auditorium surrounded by strangers come from?
The memories we make at the cinema are golden with certain ones staying with us forever. In an age of endless streaming choices and mobile phone notifications, that small opportunity to get away from all the noise and distraction of modern life has never been more needed. But yet the cinema seems like it might be struggling.
