Daniel Carcillo is a former NHL hockey player who has been a member of 2 Stanley Cup NHL championship teams, the 2013 and 2015 Chicago Blackhawks. After retiring from the NHL in 2015, Carcillo created a non-profit organization that assists former NHL-players who are suffering from post-concussion syndrome and mental health issues.
