On this episode, we're discussing the challenges growing businesses face on QuickBooks and how NetSuite provides a solution to those challenges and more. We're joined by Rebecca VanHousen, NetSuite Sr. Sales Consulting Manager and QuickBooks expert. She starts off by telling us a bit about her background and history working with QuickBooks (1:50) before explaining why most businesses start out running on QuickBooks (2:54). VanHousen then dives into the ways businesses begin to outgrow Quickbooks (3:17), discussing issues with reporting (4:12), multi-subsidiary and international growth (7:35), and customer relationship management, or CRM (14:22).
