Fire danger tops the weather concerns across Nebraska today with Red Flag Warnings and Fire Weather Watches blanketing much of the state. Persistently dry conditions combined with southwesterly wind gusts up to 30 mph and record-breaking temperatures create dangerous fire weather conditions through the afternoon and evening. Temperatures this morning started mild in the 50s and 60s.
