Jessyca Arro was a teen mom form Stockton, CA who had her whole life ahead of her. In June 2006 She had just graduated from high school, and was celebrating her milestone 18th birthday. After a night of birthday festivities with friends, Jessyca would unfortunately not make it back home. She was later found in a delta of the San Jaoquin river. The question remained. What happened to Jessyca Arro? This is her story.
