This week we are lucky to be talking with Louisa Whitney. Louisa is an Accredited Family Mediator who has two children aged 13 and 1,6, who has been through her own separation and shares some of this with us. We also discuss what parents can do to minimise the effects of their separation on their children, answer questions about separation or divorce and explore strategies and approaches for parents to take to support their children as family life develops.
