Show Notes

“Why do I find “no” so hard and how can I be better at it?”

You wouldn’t think that one small word would be so complicated and exhausting!  Using no, and holding the no, are essential parts of parenting but the fall out for both child and parent can often lead to difficulties in relationships.  This week we help you to use no, not take the repercussions personally and explore how to use no as an essential part of helping your child build confidence.

Thanks for listening to our podcast, hopefully it helps to stop your mother falling out of your mouth! Please leave a review (the stars) and follow us so we can keep continuing to produce free and essential parenting content.
