This episode is about how we reduce the number of decisions we make every day. It's a principle we've adopted over the years which allows us to be very productive and do a ton of things at once. You are only as good as your systems.

- Identify times you make the same decision every day and make a week's worth of decisions at a time!
- Practice building systems which remove the number of decisions required to arrive at an outcome
