Nic Gill has been the All Blacks head of performance for more than 20 years and has recently taken up a position with the NFL side the Baltimore Ravens as their new Vice President of Health and Performance where he will lead integrated efforts across the Strength and Conditioning, Medical, Nutrition and sports science teams.
