Camp East Montana immigration detention facility in El Paso, Texas is the largest detention facility in the nation, holding 3,000 people a day on average in a makeshift tent encampment. Many are from Minnesota. Rep. Morrison woke up early to talk with Vineeta about her visit, all on the WCCO Morning News.
