Despite the CB regulations, we've seen videos and cases of violence online involving gangs and secret societies. I talk to a Lawyer from IRB Law Mr Ashwin Ganapathy and Mr Noor Halis the Head Ops of M2M Movement (Mentorship program that helps with troubled youths) to get behind the psychology of why and how these people ended up in such an environment. We also explore what kind of risk they are putting themselves into with regards to Singapore Law.
