EP361. Natasha Daniels is a child therapist who specializes in anxiety and OCD. She founded ATParentingCommuity.com where she has helped over 8 million parents since 2015. Natasha's 42-year-old husband passed away suddenly and she and her three children were thrown into the darkness of grief. Inspired by conversations with her own grieving children, Natasha wrote The Grief Rock: A Book to Understand Grief and Love. In this episode she tells us about her family's experience with grief and she gives us insight into child anxiety and OCD.
