In this episode, Corey and I continue to discuss the subject of school lunches. Check out the first episode in this series with Hilary Boynton. Today we sit down with Aran Goldstein, a passionate chef and devoted parent, who is making a significant impact on the way children experience food at school. Aran, known as the "lunch dad," prepares hot lunches using locally sourced, organic ingredients, following ancestral principles at a Waldorf school in Austin, TX. Aran is a part of the School of Lunch Training Academy and teaches individuals how to make lasting changes in their own school lunches. Fair warning, you will probably be hungry after listening to Aran talk about all the delicious foods he prepares for the kids at his school!
