Hala Kazim 83 | Motherhood, Adoption and Managing Relationships

Hala Kazim, the founder of ‘Journey Through Change’ (JTC), a Life Educational Coach who discovered a deep sense of peace and self-acceptance during a solo hike on the Camino de Santiago route in Spain. As a result, she now leads groups of women on worldwide retreats with workshops, hiking and coaching, helping them navigate relationships, boundaries, and self-love surrounded by nature. She is a loving mother, wife, and grandmother who credits her success and contentment to her mentor and psychotherapist Elaine Kinney.
