In Episode 18 Brian Rast becomes the first two time guest of The Mindset Advantage Podcast. In Episode 11 he discussed his plans for the 2015 summer in Vegas including WSOP events, high stakes cash games, and playing the $500,000 Super High Roller Bowl (SHRB). Terrence Chan is professional poker player and MMA fighter from Vancouver, Canada. Brian Rast is an American professional poker player from Poway, California, currently residing in Las Vegas, Nevada. He began playing poker in 2003 and is mostly known for winning two World Series of Poker bracelets in 2011. He was one of the 48 players to enter the biggest poker event in history, the $1,000,000 buy-in The Big One for One Drop during the 2012 WSOP. Ed Miller is a professional poker player and an author of books about poker. He wrote Small Stakes Hold 'em: Winning Big With Expert Play with David Sklansky and Mason Malmuth in 2004. In 2005, he completed Getting Started in Hold 'em, a beginner's book. In 2006, he co-wrote No Limit Hold 'Em: Theory and Practice with David Sklansky. Isaac "Ike" Haxton is an American professional poker player and High stakes heads-up NLHE specialist from New York. Before poker, Haxton, like many other poker pros played all kinds of board and card games including chess and Magic: The Gathering. He picked up poker in high school and became serious about the game when he started studying Computer Science at Brown University. After awhile, Haxton decided to take some time off school and pursue a career in poker. However, unlike many other young poker guns, Haxton had his family behind his back. By the time he turned 18, Haxton took his game to the live circuit and has been doing quite well for himself. Zachary Elwood has been playing poker seriously for more than ten years. For three of those years, he played professionally. He's long been interested in the psychological aspects of poker (while knowing that poker tells are much less important than poker strategy.) In 2009, he started the ReadingPokerTells blog, on the subject of tells and psychology. The site has gained a decent following over the years. In 2012, he published Reading Poker Tells, a book on general poker behavioral patterns, that has been called the "best book on poker tells" by many players, both amateur and experienced. Adrienne was into poker before the boom, playing Omaha in local casinos before Texas Hold’em took over the world. She gradually began to play more and more online and the results started coming. Describing herself as a grinder who is more than happy at lower stakes, Adrienne plays for the enjoyment, as well as the profits.
