Understanding How Career Goals & Experiences Change After Having a Child

This episode is to ensure all moms to be understand that career goals will change after you have a child and how you can prep for the emotions and barriers that come along with that change. To share some stories with you, my favorite ladies in the world joined me today to talk about how each of our career goals and outlook changed. In the beginning, each of us desired to pursue retirement; however, based on our experiences post birth we all three took different routes and have various perspectives on where we want our future to go.
