At age 14 Hunger learned first-hand what a lawsuit could do to your financial status. This changed his money habits so much that he has been able to save 50% of his income while at college. While most college students are out partying he is attaining his real estate license, running a social media business, and networking with real estate investors!

His advice to fellow college students: Get a job! He got a job after Freshman year, and noticed an improvement in his grades, finances, and overall well-being. Having a job forces you to learn time-management while at school!

His big idea/parting advice is: Track your spending and budget accordingly. Buying expensive clothes, and eating out doesn’t help you long term. Don’t blow your money, think of the opportunity costs and save to invest!
