It’s a new venture for Fonterra.
The dairy giant has announced a $75 million expansion to its Studholme factory in South Canterbury.
It will be a hub for high protein ingredients for sports nutrition and other medical products.
CEO Miles Hurrell told Mike Hosking it's an opportunity for the company to expand its footprint in New Zealand, and in the competitive market.
