- Who is Tristan Scott?
- BIO: Tristan Scott is an electrical engineer (M.S.) who works in the semiconductor industry and is deeply passionate about health, nutrition, regenerative agriculture, decentralization, and bitcoin. After a severe bout of post concussive syndrome (PCS), he was forced down the self healing rabbit which led him to a deep learning of health and nutrition. That led to a deep understanding of the issues with the current food and farming systems and a motivation to educate society on how it can be improved. He believes that the mindset behind individual sovereignty and taking control of ones life is the foundation behind the movement of Bitcoin, regenerative agriculture, natural foods diets, homesteading and more. He enjoys spending as much time outdoors as possible in his free time. Skiing, hiking, camping, kayaking in the mountain west is what you will find Tristan doing most weekends.

- Bison, adult bison can get up to 2,000 lbs but we don’t let them all mature to that weight therefore we can sell them when they are about 500lbs.
- They are very very lean too.
