Show Notes
This week, the girls discuss traditional Irish folklore, including the banshee (Irish: bean sí), the leprechaun (Irish: lucharachán/leipreachán/luchorpán) and St Patrick himself. There is a lot of crossover between Irish and Scottish folklore as Celtic nations which is fascinating! For more info, we recommend listening to our "Fairies of Scotland" episode.
In a special two part, the second half involves a very special guest! We are joined by the ever lovely Emma, who grew up in Northern Ireland and has amazing anecdotes and tales for us. Hope you enjoy!
