Step outside right now and that Arctic air will slap you awake, we're sitting at 20 degrees statewide with overcast skies locked in place. Overnight lows bottomed out at 16. And wind chills have been brutal — hovering near zero across much of the state, dipping to minus 10 in the Thumb.
