Andrew Caddell: Founder of the Parti Canadien du Québec, Andrew has been on the front line of the linguistic divide for many years. He's calling for fairness and inclusivity as opposed to the all is fair in the endless, partisan language wars that make the rest of Canada sick and tired of petty Quebec politics. Jason and Andrew discuss Quebec identity from an English point of view. Can an anglais be a Quebecois or Is it all just a pipe dream without the requisite mother tongue?
