Dina is the epitome of a strong woman in the workforce, but more specifically within the Life Sciences community. During this episode we discuss some of the trials and tribulations Dina endured and overcame both as a single mother and as a female leader who has continued to progress her career to the level of Vice President. She shares some amazing perspective and great insights for women who are trying to find the balance between family and work.
