Nick Nanakos is an entrepreneur with a vision of creating seed oil free restaurants across the US. He first became interested in food at an early age because of his family's involvement to the restaurant industry in the greater New York City area. He started ZIKI after years of working on his first company TruckBux, a web application for food trucks, where he learned the ins and outs of the food industry. Now, after raising millions from the famous investor group Giga Fund, Nick is on a mission to change the food industry with his seed oil free, modular kitchen business model.
