William Winram is a free-diving world record holder, an ocean explorer and conservationist, and the founder of the Watermen project, dedicated to helping to conserve the ocean.

He often dives with sharks, including Great Whites. He talks to Mark today about his experience with Internal Martial Arts, as well as his beginnings and some of his experiences as a freediver.
