Can you all believe it’s now the end of 2021, and it has been a year huh? For today’s episode, I’m going to walk you in doing your own end-of-year review. And why would we do this? This is so important to get yourself ready for the new year.
Before you can plan the new year, you really need to review where you are in your life now. What have you done for the past year? By doing so you can see what IS working for you and what isn’t.
Next intentionally decide to let go of what is no longer serving you.
Take out a journal and start writing.
Here are some questions to get you ready to take on 2022. Take 15 minutes to change your life by answering the following questions.
- What happened in the last 12 months both personally and professionally?
- What were the lesson(s) of each thing you experienced that you can take with you this year?
- Who were you in January 2020?
- Who are you now?
- What are you still holding onto from 2020 that is taking up space (mentally, emotionally, physically)?
- What will there be room for when you let all that go?
