Multiple flood advisories remain in effect across central Maine this Thursday, with ice jams causing minor flooding along the Piscataquis River in Maxfield and Howland. And the Pleasant River near Pleasant Street in Milo. These ice jams are creating localized flooding concerns that will persist through the day.
