Multiple flood warnings remain active across Maine this Thursday morning, with the Piscataquis River still running high from ice jams near Maxfield and Howland. While some flood advisories have been cancelled overnight, several warnings continue for river communities, so check conditions before traveling near waterways. We're starting cold at 24 degrees this morning, with light snow already falling across much of the state since 5 A.M.
