Show Notes

Welcome back to The Main Thing Podcast! I'm your host Skip Lineberg. My special guest today is someone who changed the trajectory of my life.

Jeremy Mullins is a fitness and nutrition specialist. And an innovator. At his core, Jeremy's superpower is motivating others through education and encouragement.

Jeremy Mullins is Director of the "MyTransPHORMation" challenge at 1st Phorm. He has more than two decades of experience in the fitness & strength-conditioning space. He is a Registered Dietitian, an Officer in the Army National Guard, father and husband, who has helped thousands of people regain their health.

I met Jeremy through CrossFit in 2008. He helped me get back in shape, discover my strengths and learn how to be fit, stay fit and take ownership of my health.

Originally from Jolo, West Virginia, Jeremy now resides in the St. Louis area with his wife Katie and their two children.

Buckle up for an engaging ride as Jeremy Mullins shares his energetic and inspiring brand of wisdom.
