So if you are into glacially-paced cautionary tales about the societal dangers of genetically engineering humans as the only way to achieve success in life, then this is the movie for you! Plus, it has identity theft! And a murder mystery! And a vaguely familiar retro-futuro design that has been used in countless other, better cautionary sci-fi movies about BIG IDEAS! With Ethan Hawke, Uma Thurman and Jude Law! We have seen the future (again), and it is Gattaca.
