We also had to deal with an angry lady and her missing package, a man who couldn't understand why he couldn't return his car when we were closed, a man who tried to put porn stars in his rental car, a lady who stole a bunch of towels on her cruise, a lady who really wanted her 10% off and a very confused man who accidentally ordered two phonelines at once.
