Ken Paxton is pushing CPS to actually start investigating cases of child abuse that involve transitioning children, putting the hot potato back onto Abbott’s agency who keep trying to get out of actually stoping the abuse that’s going on.
The Supreme Court has allowed the Texas Heartbeat to continue being enforced and the Texas Military Forces are being forced to get vaccinated or be relieved of duty. Matt Schaefer has called out Texas for not protecting these citizens and Brian Harrison has continued to push strong policy solutions that would fix this problem. Greg Abbott is refusing to call a 4th special session while unvaccinated Texans lose their jobs on a daily basis.
