The LORNA Experience Podcast
Tasha J Cole
Show overview
The LORNA Experience Podcast has been publishing since 2023, and across the 2 years since has built a catalogue of 10 episodes. That works out to roughly 8 hours of audio in total. Releases follow a roughly quarterly cadence, with the show now in its 2nd season.
Episodes typically run thirty-five to sixty minutes — most land between 41 min and 51 min — and the run-time is fairly consistent across the catalogue. None of the episodes are flagged explicit by the publisher. It is catalogued as a EN-language Business show.
The catalogue appears to be on hiatus or wound down — the most recent episode landed 1 year ago, with no new episodes in over a year. The busiest year was 2023, with 8 episodes published. Published by Tasha J Cole.

S1 Ep 5Mental Health whilst Job Searching - Part 2
What do you do when you desperately need a job but your mental health gets triggered and it hinders your application process? In Episode 4 part 2 of The LORNA Experience Podcast Paula Adam and I share our experiences regarding this topic. This podcast episode is dedicated to upcoming and aspiring digital marketers. If you are currently in the job application process, my advice to you is: Take a breath, you are doing fantastic. Take a minute to check in with your mental health, are you happy? Taking care of your mental well-being is the most important. The job application process can hinder your self-confidence if you get rejected multiple times. If you are doing everything right and still find yourself stuck, I would look at your approach. Think outside the box, recruiters get CVs and Cover letters every day, can you make yourself stand out by creating a video, sample piece, or doing something extra? I loved the advice Grace Andrews shared regarding recruitment on: 'Meet the marketing genius behind Steven Bartlett' - she mentioned following her on Linkedin and sending videos caught her attention and will entice her to consider your application. - https://lnkd.in/eQgH88ePThe LORNA Experience Podcast - biweekly every Sunday at 7am on YouTube, Spotify, Apple Podcast and Deezer.
