Keith Mitchell dances on TCU’s grave and tells us his 2023 goals

Tour winner Keith Mitchell, a University of Georgia alum, joins us the morning after the Bulldogs walloped TCU in the national title game, and he had no problem dancing on the Horned Frogs’ grave. Mitchell and a handful of other Dawgs watched the victory in Hawaii, where he’ll be making his 2023 debut at the Sony Open.

Show Notes

For the first time in 2023, we welcome a tour pro to the podcast. Keith Mitchell, who won the 2019 Honda Classic, joins us from Hawaii, where he’ll be making his first start of the new year at the Sony Open. Mitchell was in great spirits, having just watched his Georgia Bulldogs dominate TCU 65-7 for a second straight national championship. After recapping the win, Mitchell told us his goals for this season, why he loves Waialae, this week’s host venue, and why the Tito’s Shorties Classic, which airs on January 11 at 7 p.m. ET on Golf Channel, is a must-watch event. Finally, the boys recap a solid season of NFL picks against the spread, and Steve gives us the lowdown on his Vegas trip, which included a round at Shadow Creek.
