Former First Lady of Massachusetts Kitty Dukakis has died she was 88 years old. The New Hampshire Attorney General's Office agrees to a $10 Million settlement in a lawsuit filed by Michael Gilpatrick, who claims he was gang raped in a stairwell at the state's Youth Detention Center in the 1990's.
