As summer winds down we're getting closer and closer to the end of Summer at Kame House, but while last episode featured Jeff's pick of 'Hunter x Hunter', this episode features Meelz's pick 'My Hero Academia'. The relatively new anime has taken the world by the storm, and Meelz and Jeff try to explain it's sudden popularity in the states. They also deep dive the first season of the anime, titled the UA Beginnings Saga as we watch the development of Deku/Midoriya, his relationship with All Might, Bakugo, and the sudden threat that flips this series from a run of the mill Shonen.

The Summer at Kame House series continues, and we're finally stepping away from the Dragon Ball franchise to explore Jeff's anime pick of the summer, Hunter x Hunter! We explore the wonderful world of Hunter x Hunter through the series' first arc the 'Hunter Exam Arc' where we meet the show's protagonist, Gon as well as his friends Killua, Leorio, and Kurapika. We've got a new winner of the World Tournament, but at what cost? Meelz and Jeff run back around for the finale of Season 4 of The Lookout, where they discuss the final match up between Goku and Tien in terms of what it meant for the story between both and just the overall impact it had on the Dragon Ball series. The arc ends with one of the most chilling endings of the series, and the guys try to process how the first major death in the series plays a role moving forward.
