The housing market has been on a bull run since 2016. For over 7 years, home sellers have had the advantage. This has lead to homebuyer frustrations and bidding wars. This next 6 months will mark the best time for homebuyers to flip the script and take advantage of sellers who have to sell their properties.
We expect the housing market to be a buyers market for the next 6 months. However, this buyers market will be short lived and once it ends we expect to see another 3+ year bull run of a sellers market. If homebuyers want to negotiate deals they must act now.
