There are three major changes and/or issues happening in the US banking sector that everyone needs to be aware of. The first is a proposed 20% increase to capital requirements for banks, the second is Basel-3 and the third is the most alarming - the amount of commercial loans that are anticipated to go into default starting in 2024.
