Are you picturing snooty upper-class women leaving the kids with the nanny while they spend the day at the spa gossiping and planning their next day on the lake? In this first episode of our series on Self-Care, Lisa voices her frustration with the idea of self-care, and digs into how we can push past the superficial stigma and start figuring out how to take care of ourselves the way we all deserve.
