On this episode, Blake talks about what's going on in the real estate market in Arizona. In the second part of the episode Blake shares what realtors and lenders need to be doing over the next 6 to 8 months to stay relevant during a market shift.
Blake says the reality is the market is not going to crash. Too many people got used to the hyper inflated market the last two years, and looked at this as the new norm. That's just not the reality. Blake explains when he got into real estate in 2015, if he had sold a house in the very first weekend, he would have pissed off sellers right there. They would say "You sold my house too cheap and went way too fast."
