Addiction is the only disease that manipulates your mind and assures you that you don't have it….
All addictions I have witnessed in my life, so far as I can discern, have one underbelly: FEAR. Fear of feeling something, being something, fear of doing something. Fear of not feeling something, fear, and feeling.
And they all require the same thing to detox: awareness and choice.
Addictions to societal beliefs are no different.
This episode is for those of you who have a strong saving urge to rescue fellow humans from their false beliefs.
No dogma, no evangelist… just humanity.
