<p>What does the resurrection mean for us personally? I just got saved recently, and now they say I need the gift of tongues to be truly saved! Why did Jesus ask the rich young ruler, "Why do you call me good?"? Are there two final judgments or only one? What will it be like? My son has joined a cult, and I'm asking you to pray for him!</p>

<p data-start="14" data-end="446">Feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or mentally exhausted? Psalm 143:7–8 reminds us that we can be honest with God about our mental health, trusting Him to meet us in our struggles and guide us toward peace and healing. David’s prayer is raw and unfiltered—he doesn’t hide his pain, and neither should we. God isn’t asking for polished prayers; He invites us to come as we are, even when our thoughts feel heavy and our spirits feel weak.</p> <p data-start="448" data-end="934">Being honest with God is not a sign of weak faith—it’s actually evidence of trust. When we stop trying to hide or “fix” ourselves before approaching Him, we open the door for real connection and healing. God already knows what we’re carrying, and He cares deeply about every part of us—including our mental and emotional well-being. <p>In this opening message, Dr. Michael Youssef calls believers to a life of urgent, persistent prayer by pointing to Hannah’s example in 1 Samuel. Her suffering did not lead to bitterness but to brokenness before God—and that brokenness became the pathway to divine blessing. Scripture reveals that God alone hears and answers, and He honors those who seek Him with repentant, surrendered hearts. Hannah’s prayer produced Samuel, a servant in God’s redemptive plan leading to Christ, the Savior. <p>As human beings, we are changing and declining daily; our world itself is changing and will not last. But against that rather depressing backdrop, the Psalmist proclaims the glorious truth that God himself does not change. The Lord is the Unchanging One. All else will change and decay and much will disappear. But the eternal God does not.</p>
