You know, it is not that people do not have personal vision. They do, at least a semblance of it. However, what kills personal vision the most is apathy.
If you have a semblance of a vision or the clarified vision itself, you need to do something about it as fast as you can. If not, apathy sets in. In the end you become an enemy to your own vision.
What to do? Simple. "Show it". The more you show the vision, the more you give it legs to move, opportunity to recruit and exposure to people, as well as accountability. How? Listen to this.
