There are three important things about personal vision. The first thing is to know it. That goes without saying. However, after that, there is a very delicate period that follows after the knowledge of your vision.
That period is the owning period of the vision. A new vision is very vulnerable and if we are not careful, we can easily dump it, walk away from it, ignore it or crowd it out. We might want to start running with it but we burn out of steam.
