If I put something in a gadget, I expect that gadget to be optimally used by exploiting the features that I built in it. You don't buy a TV set for decorating your house primarily, even though it can work that way.
That is the same thing with our natural gifts and talents. They are not there for decoration. They are there to primarily be used so we can operate as optimally as possible.
