Growth and development of gifts and talents is not linear. It is not assured unless it is intentional. There are several things that you can do to make sure that your gifts and talents are developed.
However, one must first acknowledge that the gifts and talents have an integral part to play in their lives and in their future. This is the greatest omission on earth.
Why would your creator give you a particular gift? Why would he create you in the first place? There has got to be a reason for it. This realization should put us on high alert to start developing our gifts and talents. Listen to this.
